Pick-Up & Delivery
CUSTOMER PICK-UP: Customer is responsible for securing all pick-ups. We will assist in loading up the order. If you are picking up a larger order, we recommend bringing help to speed up the process. Charleston Home Furnishings (CHF) is not responsible for any damages incurred during transport after leaving our premises. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the load is secure and safe. In an effort to reduce shipping waste, please bring blankets, comforters, etc. to protect your purchase during transport. We advise bringing straps or tie-downs to secure the load as well as blankets or padded materials to ensure safe transport. Please inspect all merchandise before it leaves our store. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
DELIVERY: CHF offers delivery & setup on all of our product. Our dedicated team will bring your order to your home and set it up however you would like in your space. Delivery prices are determined by order size, distance from store and floor level. Someone must be at the delivery location on the day of delivery to receive the order and sign off when completed. You will receive a confirmation call on the day of delivery with expected arrival time. Minimum delivery charge is $80.00. Please inspect all merchandise. Tips are not expected but appreciated when deserved. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
